7 Min HIIT Full Body Hotel Room Workout
Complete 6 circuits of the below hotel room workout (this means complete one exercise after the other). Take 15 second rest between exercises and 90 second rest between circuits.
A1. Speed Squat x 30 reps
A2. Decline Push Up x 20 reps
A3. Bulgarian Split Squat x 15 reps/leg
A4. Spiderman Push Up x 12 reps/side
A5. Step-Over To Duck Unders x 12 reps/leg
A6. Hand Walkouts x 8 reps
