Welcome to Class! Today we are looking at Chaturanga the low part of a yoga push-up. The aim of the class, as always is to ensure that you're executing Chaturanga (a very strong yoga posture) correctly and therefore safely. This video shows the common mistakes that I see as a yoga teacher and how to correct them.
