Hello friends here is one more technique for muscle growth.
You can call all it 5 by 5 means 5 repetition 5 set.
You can add this technique in in every exercise.

You will do 5 repetition in one time and after that 10 second rest and again 5 repetition.
We will call this one round and you have to do one set of 5 rounds. And total 5 sets of each exercise
Some notes about this technique.
1. Pick wait that you can do 10 to 12 rap Max
2. Follow proper body posture
3. Workout with full range of motion with proper stretching and
Contraction.
