30 Minute Skipping for Weight Loss Workout

Hi Team,
Today we have a BEGINNER JUMP ROPE WORKOUT | 30 MINUTES. Jump rope is my go-to cardio to burn calories. It's simple effective and can be done almost anywhere. If you haven't tried jumping yet I encourage you to pick up a rope and join the jump rope revolution. I also encourage you to follow along with the stretches that I do in between rounds.
