THE BEST PULL UP VARIATION YOU’RE NOT DOING | L SIT PULL UP MUSCLES WORKED

In this video, learn the muscles worked during l sit pull ups and the benefits of doing the l sit pull up. Start learning the progressions to this mass building calisthenics move using one of the best pull up variations for mass. The l sit pull up can be performed on rings and on the bar, even weighted l sit pull ups can be done!

Make sure you know how to perform a solid l-sit with good form and a good 8-10 pull ups with good form. Learning the l-sit to handstand can also assist with this movement. I have tutorials for both these calisthenics movements down below!
