WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK CALORIE COUNTING | How much I eat as an intuitive eater and college student!

Here is what I eat in a week calorie counting as a vegan online college student!! I tracked my calories for a week because I know the idea of eating a lot of calories can be daunting to some. I wanted to show you all how normal it is for your appetite to fluctuate and that eating 1600-2000+ calories is not scary. Now everyone’s caloric needs differ depending on a lot of factors so don’t try to compare yourself to this. You and are completely different and unique! This is only to demonstrate that eating enough is a great thing.
