What I Eat in a Week: CALORIE COUNTING AND BLOATING of an Intuitive Eater!! (Lots of fluctuations)

This week I tracked my calories and my bloating to show you guys how fluctuations in our body's shape and calories are NORMAL!! Somedays we are bloated and sluggish and other days we may feel like flying to the moon and running 8 miles. Our energy needs change on a day to day basis and our bodies are so smart and adaptive. It's called being human!

Also, hi btw I'm vegan.. didn't put it in the title cuz it's just a normal thing nowadays. Vegan, omnivore, vegetarian, pescatarian, etc. whatever you identify as you can still watch, get some ideas, and then customize for yourself!

❥ Remember: You are worth more than what you look and eat. When you leave this Earth no one is going to remember you for how you looked and if you had a six-pack. They will remember you for your strength, resilience, kindness, and other characteristics you have.
