WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK + calories included. Intuitive eating approach ?

Thank you for coming back :) On this video I wanted to share a FULL WEEK OF EATING. I literally filmed every single thing I ate, and at the end I add all the calories to provide you with them :) If you are easily triggered by calories please do NOT WATCH. I just want to help other girls who have been struggling to eat more because they think 1200 calories is enough when in reality is NOT.

I took this idea for the beautiful Linda Sun @Linda Sun who has been an inspiration to keep going with my own journey :). Most days I ate well over what a "normal" intake is supposed to be, but I don't even care about that anymore, I follow my cravings and eat intuitively, and that is something that I thought I could never do! I used to count macros and calories all the time, but now is time to let go and move on with my life :)

I found a passion for health and fitness, and I moved from obsession to love for my body and to maintain my mind and body in a good place, thank you for joining my family :) I will keep posting more healthy recipes, workouts, and all about fitness and lifestyle.
