EATING MY FEAR FOODS IN ONE DAY ~ 24 hours of eating what I want. No more restriction

I decided that for one day I was going to challenge all the fear foods that I used to have, and that included lots of bread, ice cream, chocolate, baked goods, BEEF, sugar, multiple eggs, etc. I literally ate all that I thought was scary a few years ago. Do you guys have any suggestion for a new video?

I just want to let you know that RECOVERY is possible. You don't have to have restrictions for your entire life, you deserve to be free and to eat what you enjoy without worrying too much about it. Stop trying to suppress your appetite or even manipulate your hunger cues :) BE HAPPY! Life is too short and you don't want to look back years from now and realized how much you missed because you were too scared to eat something.
