another what i eat in a week yayy. i wrote everything i made down for you:

- breakfast: oats, chia / flax seeds, banana, cinnamon, almond milk. toppings: raisins, nuts & seeds, peanut butter
- lunch: toast, avocado, mushrooms (soy sauce, smoked paprika powder), pepper & sriracha
- dinner: black bean burgers (black beans, oil, flour, union, garlic, cumin, paprika powder), buns, lettuce, tomato, avocado, mustard, potatoes, vegan mayonaise
4:19 tuesday
- breakfast: bagel, vegan cream cheese, salt pepper, banana, peanut butter
- lunch: lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, apple, nuts & seeds, dressing (soy sauce, peanut butter)
- dinner: spring rolls, carrot, noodles, lettuce, cucumber, paprika, spicy tofu, dip (soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, sambal)
7:29 wednesday
- breakfast: yoghurt, granola, raisins, banana, peanut butter, hemp seeds
- lunch: bagel, cream cheese, tomato, avocado, hemp seeds
- dinner: leftover spring rolls & asparagus
11:30 thursday
- breakfast: green smoothie (frozen banana & mango, spinach, oat milk, peanut butter) granola, raisins, coconut, hemp seeds
- lunch: toast, vegan tuna salad (chickpeas, lemon juice, capers, spring union, vegan mayonaise, salt & pepper
- dinner: spinach, pearl couscous, tomatoes, asparagus, avocado, apple, nuts & seeds
14:43 friday
- breakfast: same oatmeal as on monday
- lunch: toast, cream cheese, cucumber, hummus, pickles
- dinner: vegan sushi from sushi point!
