• The Routine •
1st morning meal 5am
Berry yoghurt smoothie
* 1x cup mixed frozen berries
* 2x spoons coconut yoghurt
* 1x scoop oats
* 1x tea spoon honey
* 1x tea spoon peanut or almond butter
* 1x cup water
* L arginine BULK
Supplements - Fish Oil, Multivitamin
Workout: 6:00am
Before workout: Gel pre workout bulk powders
During workout: BCAA
After workout: L glutamine + Informed Mass
2nd morning meal - 9am
Scramble eggs with chorizo, spinach & avocado served with pitta bread on the side.
* 3x eggs
* Chorizo
* Spinach
* Half avocado
* Onion
* Red pepper
* Pitta bread
Lunch and midday meal - 12pm and 3pm
Chicken breast with sweet potato & broccoli
* Chicken breast
* Sweet potato
* Broccoli
Evening meal - between 6pm and 8pm
Oven cooked salmon with coconut rice & green beans
* Salmon
* Rice
* Green beans
Training session
3x incline dumbbell - 24kg / 28kg / 34kg
3x flat bench barbell - 60kg / 70kg / 80kg
3x pullover dumbbell 22kg / 26kg / 32kg
3x cable flys failure - dropset

Hey guys, many of you suggested to make this video so here you can see how a day in my life looks like when it come to full day of eating, training and of course supplements I am taking. Usually I always mix up my meals but these are few of the meals that I have regularly. I do not really count macros if you want me to be honest with you. I tend to eat small portions at once and as clean as possible. Now in regards to the training I usually prefer to focus on isolation training one muscle group per day. This always worked for me and kept me with low body fat all year round. Of course might not work for your but I always say do what ever works for you because that is the most important.
