Tandoori chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven. The dish originated from the Indian subcontinent and is popular in many other parts of the world.
In this video, we are cooking this popular starter dish in an easy way which is very convenient for a home kitchen. The same flavor as the restaurant has been achieved by using a pressure cooker and oven as well.

Ingredients:
A whole chicken of approx 1.25 - 1.50 kg, 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste,
red chili powder as per your taste, 4 tablespoons of mustard oil which were preheated
& then cooled to room temperature, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri Chili
powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1 tablespoon dry Fenugreek leaves,
100 grams of curd which water is separated, Orange-red food color optional,
clarified butter(Desi ghee) for basting, And 300 grams to 500 grams salt for baking.
