Rest 1 weeks before you begin a new program

To effectively see changes in 14 days, you need to combine this program with a healthy eating plan:
Calorie deficit OR a half day intermittent fasting (8 hour sleep, 8 hour fast, 5 - 6 hours eating window: 2 main meals and healthy snack)
♨ Main meals: eat normal, enough portion, avoid over eating. Eat less sugar (choose fruits), no artificial sugar.

*** Average and low body weight members: NO NEED to have calorie deficit/fasting because your body has natural fast metabolism.
However, trying calorie deficit a few times can help reduce heavy bloated belly from foods and environment stress which give you a flat and defined abs lines.

There is no rest day in 14 days, however always listen to your body and rest whenever your muscles are sore.
