Bal was like "so tell me why you're going for Japanese food while here in Mexico?"

I had to tell hi that after doing some research on what to eat in Polanco I had found this very unique spot that was new to the city with a chef that has an interesting history. I dot think he really understood it...but I knew that I was in for a unique experience :)
