I also bought a bag of sweet potatoes at @target yesterday so that I could bake them for snacks while we're hibernating from the storm! IYKYK, it's an Asian yearning - when it is deep in the winter season, the smell of sweet potatoes & chestnuts roasting on an open fire makes our hearts sing for joy ❤️‍🔥 In Korea we just peel and eat or dip the sweet potato in Mayo, but I Americanized my potato this morning with butter, cinnamon+brown sugar, ricotta and pomegranate seeds 😊
