Big 3 Test Day
Taper and test for squat, bench and deadlift. Working through a DUP block and planning to compete in a Powerlifting meet later this year means I need to make progress. I was able to hit a few PR's and keep the momentum moving forward. Thanks to Josh Dudeck for the DUP Block and to Reggie and Che for filming my sets.
