6-year-old Manchester boy revived after possible opioid overdose

A 6-year-old Manchester boy recovered in the ICU after what may be the city's youngest potential opioid overdose. First responders said it took two doses of narcan to revive the boy. His mother's partner has a history of drug abuse.
