Armenian Genocide Remembrance in Boston
The Boston Armenian Community honored their shared history on April 23rd with an Armenian Genocide Remembrance event. To this day, Turkey denies the atrocity ever happened. The community hopes to inform non-Armenians about the genocide and put denials to rest. Governor Charlie Baker announced that April 24th will be the official day of remembrance in the city of Boston for the Armenian Genocide.
