OR decline commandos w/ feel on couch or chair OR regular flat commandos
.
2️⃣ WALL SIT + STEERING WHEELS

3️⃣ PUSH UP + ALT. TOE TOUCH

4️⃣ WALL WALKS

5️⃣ ANGLED DB CURLS
.
6️⃣ DB SKULL CRUSHER + CHEST PRESS + SIT UP
