32 min EMOM (4 rounds) - Perform 40 seconds of each exercise back to back with 20 seconds rest between. So, start each exercise at the top of each new minute.

OR decline commandos w/ feel on couch or chair OR regular flat commandos

2️⃣ WALL SIT + STEERING WHEELS

3️⃣ PUSH UP + ALT. TOE TOUCH

4️⃣ WALL WALKS

5️⃣ ANGLED DB CURLS

6️⃣ DB SKULL CRUSHER + CHEST PRESS + SIT UP

7️⃣ MAN MAKERS

8️⃣ SIDE HIGH PLANK KNEE TO ELBOWS
