Easter Egg Hunt Workout | Claire P. Thomas

Happy Easter Guys! Here is a fun, fitness inspired spin on the traditional Easter egg hunt. Do this workout solo or grab a couple friends and make it competitive! Feel free to mix up the exercises and make this workout your own.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: On a piece of paper, write down 12 different bodyweight exercises that you can do in the grass. Also write down the amount of reps for each exercise.

Step 2: Cut out each exercise individually and fill 12 plastic eggs with the 12 different exercises.

Step 3: Place the eggs in a basket and randomly throw them all over your yard. I wouldn't recommend actually hiding them, because then you'd have too much rest between exercises.

Step 4: Start your stopwatch, run to one egg at a time, complete the exercise written inside and repeat until all the exercises are done. Do this workout as fast as possible!

Here are the exercises I chose:

-25 burpees
-40 mountain climbers
-12 v-ups
-60 high knees
-20 push ups
-15 star jumps
-30 plank jacks
-40 jump lunges
-50 Russian twists
-30 butterfly sit ups
-30 air squats
