Abs take effort. In the kitchen, in the gym. Every single day. Over & over again.

Like every muscle in your body, your core muscles must be progressively overloaded and challenged for them to grow and develop into a 6-pack.

Calling this landmine core workout a challenge would be an understatement. I dare you to try it! 👊🏼

DEETS:
.
Complete 3 rounds of the following circuit. Rest 1-2 minutes between each set. Minimal rest between exercises. 😵
.
1️⃣ SINGLE ARM LATERAL ROLL OUTS
🔥8 reps each side
🔘modification: on knees
.
2️⃣ WEIGHTED RUSSIAN TWISTS
🔥20 reps total
🔘modification: remove weight. Keep feet on ground.
.
3️⃣ PLANK ALTERNATING PICK UPS
🔥16 reps total
🔘 modification: remove weight. On knees.
.
4️⃣ LANDLIME OBLIQUE TWISTS
🔥10 reps total
🔘 modification: remove weight.
.
5️⃣ SINGLE ARM ROLL OUTS
🔥8 reps each side
🔘modification: on knees

Wow! It made my abs hurt again just writing this workout out! 😅

WORKOUT DEETS:

1️⃣ LANDMINE ROW
💥 5 sets | 10 reps
.
2️⃣ SINGLE ARM LANDMINE ROW DROPSET
💥 3 sets each arm| 8+8+8+8 reps
.
3️⃣ TRX REVERSE FLY
💥 4 sets | 12 reps
.
4️⃣ PULL-UPS
💥 50 reps in as few sets as possible
.
I normally start every back workout with 50 pull-ups. This time, I decided to end with them for an extra challenge! If you struggle with your pull-ups, my best piece of advice is to do them more often! I did a set almost every single day back when I was terrible at them. Use the assisted machine or a band and keep working. They will get easier & you will get better, I promise. 💪
