What goes through your mind at the gym?
• How you’re tired?
• Reps performed?
• Time left?

Here’s what goes through mine… (spoiler alert: I don’t think about how tired I am): when you see me working hard, it’s me mentally and physically destroying the “noise” that’s trying to slow me down. We are 60-days into #75hard and all of these things creep in from time to time in the form of cravings, temptations, thoughts, and challenges. So what do I do to combat them? I WORK HARDER. I channel the energy into more reps, heavier weight, drops of sweat, and wage an inner battle that manifests itself in the form of a sweaty-ass workout.

And of course you already know this… but giving up? It’s just not an option. I’m going to finish this. And my results will undeniably show that 75Hard has been a challenge, a WIN, and a stepping stone to what’s next.
