Today's workout of the day: LOW IMPACT HIIT & STRENGTHENING with a BACKPACK! You loved the first Backpack Workout so I thought about doing another one, targeting the FULL BODY (Lower Body, Upper Body, Abs).

The Goal of this Workout is
- Strengthening your whole body
- Building lean muscle

25 MINUTE LOW IMPACT HIIT & STRENGTH

WORKOUT DETAILS

- Equipment: Just a Backpack (I'm using 10 KG for Lower Body, 5 KG for Upper Body)
- 25 Different Exercises, No Repeat
- No Jumping, Low Impact
- 50 Seconds of Work, 10 Seconds of Rest
