Day 52 – Took My Nephew to Work & Did the Hardest Workout Yet | 20 KG Challenge
Day 52 of losing 20 kilos by August 31st.
Warm water to start the morning, then some time with my niece and nephew. And today I took my nephew to my office — he was absolutely excited seeing a computer for the first time. Small moments like that remind you what you're really doing all of this for.
Egg bhurji and roti for breakfast. Bhindi sabzi, rice and dal for lunch — simple, home-cooked, and exactly right. Protein muesli with milk in the evening.
Full body complex strength training today — and this one was tough in the best possible way. Four rounds of barbell deadlift, bent over row, overhead press, back squat, and thruster, eight reps each, without dropping the bar between exercises. If you know barbell complexes, you know why this one hurts. If you don't — try it once and you'll understand immediately. Then cycling for cardio, because the day doesn't end without it.
Chicken biryani for dinner. Still not eating boring food. Never will.
Day 52. Still going.
