Day 46 – Rest Day? Not Anymore | 20 KG Challenge

Day 46 of losing 20 kilos by August 31st.

Not the usual morning today — forgot to film myself cleaning up the kitchen from last night since I was home alone. Went to see my dog after, and came back to find my nephew had arrived. Spent some time with him before the day got going.

Leftover mutton, bhindi and rice for lunch — always better the next day. Watermelon in the afternoon and a banana in the evening.

Today was supposed to be a rest day. But I ended up doing a full body strength training session anyway — barbell thrusters, barbell deadlifts, and barbell standing shoulder press. Just getting comfortable with the new 5-foot barbell and honestly, the body just wanted to move. Then cycling for cardio, because at this point that just happens regardless of what the plan says.

Egg curry and rice for dinner.

Day 46. Still going.
