Day 44 – First Chai in 43 Days | 20 KG Challenge

Day 44 of losing 20 kilos by August 31st.

Warm water to start, then some time with my nephew. And today — after 43 days — I finally had chai again. Sounds small, but honestly it felt like a proper little achievement.

Chicken egg bhurji and roti for breakfast. Rice and sabzi for lunch. Amul Kool in the afternoon to cool down.

No strength training today, but I went cycling. Not the best day, not the most perfect day — but I stayed in a calorie deficit and I still showed up. Sometimes that's enough, and I'm learning to be okay with that.

Chicken kofta and rice for dinner.

Day 44. Still going.
