Day 16 – Mangoes Are Growing and So Am I | 20 KG Challenge

Day 16.

Weight check, warm water, black coffee — then some time with the mango trees in the backyard. The mangoes are actually growing now. Fifteen days ago I was just trying to wake up early. Funny how things change.

Four boiled eggs and leftover chicken for breakfast — protein first. Palak paneer with rice for lunch. Watermelon and boiled eggs in the evening.

Pull day today 👇 Bent Over Dumbbell Row Single Arm Dumbbell Row Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly Dumbbell Pullover Dumbbell Bicep Curl Hammer Curl

Then cycling with a pace goal — kept it above 13km/hour. Tracking performance now, not just showing up.

Chicken for dinner. Increasing protein a little more every day.
