Day 14 – I Was So Doubtful I Checked Two Weighing Scales | 20 KG Challenge

Day 14.

Checked my weight in the morning — then doubted the number enough to go check on an industrial scale too. Just to be sure. Two weeks in and I'm not leaving anything to chance.

Four boiled eggs for breakfast. Chicken curry, prawn curry and missi roti for lunch — a proper meal. Watermelon and cheese omelette in the evening.

Leg day today 👇 Dumbbell Goblet Squat Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift Step-Up on Bench Standing Calf Raise Could feel my muscles actually working on every single set.

Then cycling for cardio — something I genuinely enjoy now. Pushing a little harder every day.

Soya chunks sautéed with capsicum, onion and tomato for dinner.

Two weeks down. Not stopping. 🔥
