Amazing 5,700 square foot 1970s House My Sister just Bought!

I love to show cool houses along with the house I flip and have as rentals. My sister has been on the lookout for a different house and she loves older homes with their character and mature lots. This house fits that bill perfectly with almost an acre of land, an amazing house, and room for a shop!

The home was built in 1979 and had had a few additions over the years. It has 2 staircases, giant vaulted ceilings, big windows, a loft, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The house also has a 3 car garage and room to add more which my sister is planning to do! She is a car nut like me as well.

The house has a great master bath, master closet, and an amazing yard. She is planning to do some work to the inside of it with new flooring, paint, and some other changes. It will be cool to see it when it is done!
