Before and After House Flip Video on 1918 Restoration Project

It a year to complete the repairs and get this house sold, but we did it and made over $30,000 in the process. I would have preferred to make much more money considering all the time and money it took, but it was a unique house. I knew it might not be a huge money maker, but I still wanted to flip an old house.

I bought this house for $178,000 from the MLS. We spent about $80,000 on the repairs and $20,000 on other costs. It sold for $310,000 after an offer for $330,000 fell through. I go over all the costs in the video. We tried to save as much of the house as we could, but still have modern electric, plumbing, and HVAC.

The video includes before, during and after videos of the flip and is rather long, but I wanted to include as much of the process as I could.
