Yoga In Bed | 25-Minute Practice

This 25-minute yoga practice is designed to be done in bed to help you unwind from stress or to greet the day. You can use pillows as props, if you'd like an extra cushion or two for support. All of these postures are safe to practice on your bed and are intended for all levels.
