I found some HIDDEN SECRETS in the Five Tibetans, inside this jewel, "The Eye OF Revelation" by Peter Kelder, which I strongly recommend you read. This is without a doubt a MUST WATCH

Your body gets charged like a dynamo after practicing the 5 rites, each of them for 21 repetitions. However, doing the 5 rites is one thing, trying to follow the lifestyle and the way of eating proposed in this book is a different story.
