Chapter 2-Roussillon, France
From a base in Roussillon, we visted several of the picturesque hill towns of Provence including Goult, Saignon, Ménerbes, and Lacoste. We took in the Roman Bridges at Pont du Gard and Pont Julien. Points of interest were the ruins of the Château de Lacoste, once home to the Marquis de Sade, the Lavender Museum and the ocher quarries of Roussillon.
