Try 3 simple Feldenkrais exercises to IMPROVE BALANCE QUICKLY!
This exercise focuses on counter-balance concept. As you reach your arm(s) forward/side/back, you'll have to counter-balance so you can maintain center of mass over base of support. You cannot be rigid and stiff and have good balance. If you are tensing your body, holding your balance, you're probably not counter-balancing well.
