Discovering Tanay, Rizal - A Mini Tagaytay?

Visiting a place which was rarely heard before is quite odd. In the 80s, the town of Tanay wasn't that popular due to the significant distance from Manila. Plus, the place was synonymous to instability and insurgency. But not anymore these days. Some people from the main city are buying properties here because of cheaper rates and eventually moving here. We were intrigued at one point to go and see the place because of positive posting in social media. To our surprise, the roads are well paved and widened. Driving for two hours to the mountain top was rewarding because of tge fantastic view and the weather was like Tagaytay. Thereafter we discovered restaurants and coffee shops with a wonderful view of the Sierra Madre mountain range, the longest mountain range in the Philippines with 540 kilometers length. A visit to Regina Rica and Daranak Falls was rewarding too. Please watch our video till the end to enjoy it.
