Reuniting with old friends is the most invigorating experience during a holiday because of the memories that will linger and last for a lifetime. Exciting stories are created and most of all remembered down the memory lane. Meeting up with a friend Jojo, who is based in Vienna, Austria and who lives near Tagaytay City, was one of the highlights of our last holiday back home. At a glance, we unanimously decided to visit the Twin Lakes Shopping Village in order to have lunch and enjoy the local dishes we immensely missed while living abroad. The scenic and breathtaking view of the Twin Lakes served as a backdrop of our hearty meal. Then we proceeded to go and see the famous Careluega Church in Nasugbu, Batangas. This church is frequented by visitors and guests from Manila and nearby areas. It is also equally famous among young lovers as it is a favourite venue for tying their knots because of the serenity, tranquility and nice ambiance provided by nature. Also known as the Transfiguration Church as it is perched on a mountain top with the luscious and verdant surroundings. Built by the Dominicans in honour of the birthplace in Spain of the founder of the Dominicans (or Order Of Preachers), there are other points of interest inside the property which one will enjoy.
