During our trips to Ottawa from the previous years, we were just happy to see the Parliament buildings and surrounding areas. We just realized in our recent trip to Ottawa that there are more places or attractions to see and behold which are equally or more important or significant. One must appreciate also the historical values that the eyes alone could not see. The external appearance would not do justice to the beauty of a thing or place. It needs more intuition and perception to see the contribution to the culture and character of the place. For example, we have seen the beauty of the Rideau Canal and the 7 Liftlocks. But what is most important is how these have changed the lives of the people in the area. Please watch our video till the end and make your comments and observations. Thank you.
