BODY UPDATE... I've lost 3kg :(
Hey familia and welcome back!
I hope you're all enjoying the daily vlogs xx
Todays vlog is a little bit of a reality check... My body is gradually getting weaker, but my mind is getting stronger.
I'm trying to take control as much as possible with my nutrition and a mini workout. I have touched on foods to help with inflammation and also for gut health.I hope it helps you all too.
Slowly and steadily I WILL make progress, thanks to all of your continued support.
