Te invito a preparar en casa la deliciosa Granola Casera que la Chef Pastelera Lissy Benavides te comparte en su programa Lissy Postres parte 1, toda una delicia para tus desayunos en familia o para un delicioso snack saludable, que la disfrutes !!!

MY FAVORITE HOMEMADE GRANOLA RECIPE, by Pastry Chef Lissy Benavides
Ingredients:
4 cups Oatmeal flakes
1/4 cup whole Gold Flax seed
1/2 cup Amaranth
1/2 cup Wheat Bran
1/4 cup Wheat Germ
1 cup of your favorite Nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews, peanuts)
1 1/2 cup dry Coconut
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients listed above and then add the wet ingredients to combine
WET INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil ( i prefer Canola)
1 tbs Vanilla
Add the wet ingredients to the fruits and cereals listed in the first part, then put everything on tray with silpat or greased tray, then bake it at 350 F, every 10 minutes, take out the tray and move everything with spatula in order than everything will cook even, the take it to the oven until everything looks crunchy and little golden color.
Let everything to coold down and then add your favorite dry fruits like (cranberries, blueberrys, apricots, cherrys, dates and raisins)
Enjoy it with yogurth, with your favorite fruit and as a topping on your favorite cupcakes and cakes, simply delicious
MY FAVORITE DRY FRUITS:
Cranberries
Blueberrys
Cherrys
Raisins
Chopped apricots or Dates
My suggestion, to put your HOMEMADE GRANOLA on hermetic container, on the fresh space in your kitchen, the shelf life is about one month...
