Body By Rings Transformation Week 13 Progress Update

This week I take a look back at my week 3 progress of Body By Rings and compare it to my week 13 progress. To be honest, I'm not super impressed with my body transformation (In terms of hypertrophy) but I'm the only one to blame. I have seen a lot of progress with strength gains, which is hard to see. But I'm optimistic! This is not the end of my training, just the beginning!
