- Standing side hamstring stretch
- Standing pike stretch
- Wall shin lunge & split
- Splits

Reps and Sets: ( 2 options )
3 Sets x 30 Seconds, 1 minute rest in between sets, 6 days a week
3 Sets x 60 Seconds, 1 minute rest in between sets, 3 days a week
