Chinese Spy Numbers Broadcast (1980s?)

Recording of Chinese spy numbers station, possibly from 1980s? This recording was made by Keith Perron in Taiwan and uploaded it to Simon Mason's site. It features a woman with a Chinese accent reading out numbers in Chinese.

Format of the message
This is a message for 6-6-1-6-3 pay attention to message!
And a message for 6-1-6-6-3 pay attention to message!
This is a message for 2-2-3-6 pay attention to message 55 for 2-2-3-6
and ends the message with "Thank you for listening. Wishing you health and happiness. Goodbye."
