The English Lady is the name given to a numbers station that was believed to have broadcasted from Russia or Cuba. The date that The English Lady started broadcasting was unknown, but was heard very often within the US in strong USB mode. It sent a new message message first two weeks of a month, then null messages afterwards. While The English Lady was nominally just E06 "The English Man" with a different voice, this variation was broadcast from Cuba or Russia towards the Americas, largely without schedule, carrying messages with high group counts. The English Lady was last heard in 2001.

During the broadcast you can hear an automated voice with a low accent, depending on the listener it could be male or female, most people go by female. You can hear the voice reading out large groups of numbers and ending it with "00000."
