4,000 Punch Boxing Workout | 12 Cool Boxing Combos | 700 - 1,000 Calories

We do a 4,000 punch workout with 12 different boxing combinations. This boxing workout will burn up to 1000 calories and develop boxing stamina and skill. If you are a beginner boxer you can still do this training program. We start off with a boxing training module to help you learn all the combos, then we move on to the actual workout. Here are the boxing combinations below.

Basic: jab-right hand-lead hook-right hand
Double-jab: jab-jab-right hand-slip-right hand-lead hook
Slip n' Go: slip-jab-right hand-lead hook-rear uppercut-lead hook-right hand
Up and Around: right hand-lead uppercut-right hand-lead hook-duck-lead hook
Head Body Head: jab-overhand right-shovel hook-lead hook-right hand-shovel hook-lead hook
Pull Counter: pull-right hand-lead hook-right hand-pull-right hand-lead hook
Double Up: jab-right hand-double lead hook-right hand-double lead hook
Fake n' Go: feint-lead hook-right hand-lead hook-hook body-lead hook
Angles: jab-right hand-shift right-right hand-lead uppercut-right hand-duck out
Create Space: step back with the double jab-right hand-lead hook-right hand
Inside: uppercuts to the body-hooks to the body-uppercut-lead hook-right hand
Pressure: jab-right hand-lead uppercut-right hand-lead hook-rear uppercut
