【Fried chili rings】
Ingredients: 1000g dried chili
Flour 400g/ Sesame 100g/ Peanut 200g/ 2 Eggs/ Salt 20g/ Rapeseed Oil 500ml

step:

配料：乾辣椒1000g
麵粉400g/芝麻100g/花生200g/雞蛋2個/鹽20g/菜籽油500ml

步驟：
1.乾辣椒斜著剪成小段，放入開水中煮5分鐘撈起。
2.將麵粉、芝麻、雞蛋清、鹽加入煮好的辣椒中，充分攪拌到麵粉充滿辣椒裡面。
3.鍋中放油，將花生炸熟備用。
4.鍋中放油，將攪拌好的辣椒倒入，小火炸15分鐘，至酥脆。
5.將炸好的辣椒與花生混合。香噴噴火辣辣的炸辣椒圈做好了。
