Mushrooms oil
Ingredients:
Mushroom 1000g Rapeseed oil 1000ml
200g fresh chili, 200g garlic, 50g salt

step:
1. Wash and slice mushrooms;
2. Pour oil in the pot, heat to high temperature and pour mushrooms;
3. Fry on high heat for 5 minutes, turn to low heat, add garlic;
4. Fry on low fire for 30 minutes, add chili;
5. Fry on low heat for 20 minutes, until the mushrooms are dry, add salt;
6. Mushroom oil is ok.

蘑菇油
配料：
蘑菇1000g 菜籽油1000ml
鮮辣椒200g 大蒜200g 鹽50g

步驟：
1.蘑菇洗淨切片；
2.鍋中倒油，燒到高溫倒入蘑菇；
3.大火炸5分鐘轉小火，加入大蒜；
4.小火炸30分鐘，加入辣椒；
5.小火炸20分鐘，至蘑菇水分炸乾，加鹽；
6.蘑菇油ok。
