【Fish head soup】
Ingredients:
1 fish head
Tofu 500g/ Celery 100g/ Ginger 50g
20g fresh chili/50g chicken fat/50g green onion/10g Chinese pepper

step:
1. Cut the fish head in half.
2. Cut tofu into small cubes; slice ginger; cut pepper, celery, and onion into sections.
3. Put chicken fat in the pot, add fish head and fry yellow on both sides.
4. Add water, add ginger, green onion, chili, and Chinese pepper.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, add tofu and celery.
6. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes and add chopped green onions.
7. Serve and eat.

【魚頭湯】
配料：
魚頭1個
豆腐500g/芹菜100g/生薑50g
鮮辣椒20g/雞油50g/蔥50g/花椒10g

步驟：
1.魚頭剖成兩半。
2.豆腐切小方塊；生薑切片；辣椒、芹菜、蔥切段。
3.鍋中放入雞油，燒化後，加魚頭，兩面煎黃。
4.加水，加入姜、蔥、辣椒、花椒。
5.小火燉10分鐘，加入豆腐、芹菜。
6.繼續燉5分鐘，加蔥末。
7.裝盤開吃。
