在我們家鄉，世代流傳著一種當地特有的蕎麥餅小吃——“花粑粑”。

In our hometown, there is a local unique buckwheat cake snack-"Flower Baba".

花粑粑得名源於它長的像窗花。做花粑粑需要幾個人共同完成，大概要經過燒火、和麵、撒粑粑和起粑粑四個過程。

Flower Baba gets its name from its long window grilles. It takes a few people to complete the process of making flower cakes. It is roughly through the four processes of burning fire, making noodles, spreading cakes and starting cakes.
