【Mapo Tofu】

Ingredients:
Tofu 500g\Beef 200g
Doubanjiang 100g\ ginger 50g\ garlic 50g\ green onion 20g\ Chinese pepper 20g\ starch 20g\ salt 20g\ soy sauce 30ml\ vegetable oil 100ml

step:
1. Cut tofu into small cubes, boil for 10 minutes, pick up and set aside;
2. Mince beef; mince ginger and garlic; mince pepper;
3. Prepare 200ML cold water, add starch, soy sauce, and salt to make thickening juice;
4. Pour oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds; add beef and stir-fry for 1 minute; add bean paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes;
5. Add boiling water, pour in tofu, add pepper powder, cook for 5 minutes;
6. Add the thickening juice, cook for 3 minutes, lift the pot, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
7. The spicy and delicious Mapo Tofu is ready.

麻婆豆腐

配料：
豆腐500g\牛肉200g
豆瓣醬100g\姜50g\蒜50g\蔥20g\花椒20g\澱粉20g\鹽20g\醬油30ml\植物油100ml

步驟：
1.豆腐切小方塊，下鍋煮10分鐘撈起備用；
2.牛肉剁碎；姜、大蒜剁碎；花椒搗碎；
3.準備200ML涼水，加入澱粉、醬油、鹽，調製勾芡汁；
4.鍋中倒油，加入姜、蒜炒30秒；加入牛肉炒1分鐘；加入豆瓣醬炒2分鐘；
5.加入開水，倒入豆腐，加入花椒粉，煮5分鐘；
6.加入勾芡汁，煮3分鐘，起鍋，撒蔥末。
7.麻辣鮮香的麻婆豆腐好了。
