Realistic Morning Routine: Youtube vs Real Life | Quick Arm Workout

Welcome to the video!
I made this video to show you guys what a realistic morning routine looks like for me at the moment. I see a lot of ‘super productive’ morning routines online, but i want to make clear that now everyone lives like that.

Most of my work is online so that’s why i spent the majority of my time in the morning behind my computer. As i said in the video, i like to get most of my work done in the morning so i don’t have to think about it anymore later on the day.

For the arm workout i only did 2 superset in total. 5 sets each (without the warming-up sets).

Superset 1
EZ-bar curl 5 sets of 8-10 reps
EZ-bar skull crusher 5 sets of 10-12 reps

Superset 2
Zottman curl 5 sets of 8-10 reps
Cable pushdown 5 sets of 12-15 reps

(Last set is always a dropset)
